1) OVERVIEW

At CoppaFeel! we take your privacy very seriously. In order to provide access to the e-learning service our supplier (data processor) Onclick must collect and store some personal information about you. The e-learning service and user databases are held by TSOHOST (https://www.tsohost.com) Servers are located within the UK. Regular data and database backups are included in their hosting service.

Whilst Onclick manages your learning management system (LMS) to support your learning, your data is uploaded and amended by yourself and/or us (if you request for us to amend it).

You are responsible for the accuracy of any personal data held and we reserve the right to amend or delete this data, as and when this data is no longer required.

2) SECURITY

Whilst your personal data forms part of the overall learning management system, we ensure that this is protected from file corruption and loss.

The learning management sites and databases are continuously monitored by SUCURI (https://sucuri.net) for virus and malware protection, and data corruption etc. Their service includes the repair, recovery and removal of any intrusion.

3) MINORS

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to access this e-learning service. By agreeing to this privacy policy you are also agreeing that you are 16 years of age or older.

4) WHAT IS COLLECTED?

Basic profile information is collected from you when you create your account including your full name and email address.

As you use the site/e-learning service, information about you, courses, activities and resources you interact with will also be stored and linked to your profile information.

5) HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED?

You provide us with consent to collect your personal data for you to access the e-learning service at https://coppacollege.coppafeel.org

Where you use the e-learning service we may record that you have undertaken this e-learning course on our usual CoppaFeel! systems. For more information on those systems please view CoppaFeel!’s privacy policy.

CoppaFeel! will use anonymised statistical information publically on how the e-learning course has improved people’s confidence levels relating to boob checking. Statistical information about usage of the site/-e-learning service is also used to improve the platform and services provided.

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes.

7) WHO IS MY DATA SHARED WITH?

CoppaFeel!, shares your personal information in line with its privacy policy. Aside from sharing with data processors as necessary we do not share your personal information with any other third parties.

TSOHOST is the current hosting company for your personal data and will have full access to the account for administration and support purposes, they have strict data compliance rules and are legally bound to not share your information or make any change to your site content without suitable request from you.

8) HOW LONG IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED?

Your personal information is stored for as long as you continue to be a registered user on the site, however should your account be inactive for a period of more than 2 years CoppaFeel! will delete your details, and you will have to create a new account to access the courses.

However, as set out above CoppaFeel! may retain information such as who has undertaken the e-learning course and statistical anonymised information for more than two years in line with its privacy policy.

9) HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT FOR COPPAFEEL! TO STORE AND PROCESS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

If you have previously consented to allow CoppaFeel!  to store and process your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy, and you wish to withdraw your consent, please send an email to data@coppafeel.org  You will then no longer be able to access the e- learning course provided if your consent is withdrawn.

10) HOW DO I REQUEST THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS CORRECTED OR ERASED?

You may make corrections to your basic profile information by logging into your account and editing your own profile. If you have questions, or would like any other data to be corrected or erased, please contact us on data@coppafeel.org

11) HOW DO I REQUEST A RECORD OF ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN COLLECTED?

You may request a record of all of the personal data relating to you that has been collected in accordance with this privacy policy. To do so, please send an email to data@coppafeel.org
